The accounts sidebar should scroll to show accounts which don't show on screen when the cursor tries to select them.

Alternatively each account could have its own tab like in aerc (some form of scrolling likely still required though).

I think there should be a (auto-hiding) scrollbar if the sidebar menu overflows the screen height. Good catch!
