Subject: README: Python-URL! - the weekly guide to Python resources (Apr 8)

It's been several weeks since the most recent installment of
"Python-URL!". That's a bit of an embarrassment for a digest
designed for weekly appearances, and only exacerbated by the
wealth of good material in comp.lang.python.
This publishing pause is likely to continue into May; I have
hopes that I can schedule time then to restore its operation.
In the meantime, I ask for your patience.
