I'm hoping to have Cyrus fully complient with I18NLEVEL=1 soon - and
passing all the LIST-EXT tests too.
I still feel overall that IMAP isn't really a perfect fit for how it's
being used by most servers and most clients these days. Too many options,
too much state. Too complex. But I don't know what the alternative
would look like or how to get there... so I keep on implementing IMAP.
