I think that would highly depend on what your client base looks like.
Clients include: iOS Mail, MacOS Mail, Android Email (ie, the AOSP email
client), Thunderbird, eM Client, Blackberry 10, MailMate, Trojita. Its
over 90% of our users using a CONDSTORE capable client. We don't offer
QRESYNC yet, so I can't speak to that.
