Several large e-mail providers do not support CONDSTORE, for example AOL, Mail.ru (large russian provider), QQ (large chinese provider), Outlook.com/Hotmail.com, Yahoo, Yandex (another large russian provider). So you can use it as a nice add-on if available but can not assume that you can always rely on it.
