It's well up on my to-do list, but I don't at the moment.
Mind you, Pegasus Mail is a bit of a niche product these days, so this
probably doesn't help you a lot.
My 2c? Since any competent mail client already has extensive internal
support for UTF-8, extending that to work with RFC6855-compliant servers
shouldn't be much of an effort for any developer.
