PROS Revenue Management Announces Record Quarter
Q1 shows moves and advances
May 3, 2001--Houston-- PROS Revenue Management, the world=01,s leader in re=

PROS=01, record revenue for the first quarter of 2001 was $8.7 million, a 5=

increase over revenue for the same quarter last year. Additionally, this=

quarter continues to show strong profitability and positive cash flow,=20
enhancing PROS=01, strong, debt-free balance sheet. This follows record an=

revenues, positive cash flow, and profits in 2000.

revenues and profits. Employment has increased 11% in the quarter and is=

projected to increase 25% by the midpoint of this year, continuing PROS=01,=

rapid employee growth rate of 28% in 2000.
